Our Company, Macro Mobile Marketing LLC, is pleased to provide an exciting new service to event coordinators and organizers. This unique service provides value to both event coordinators and also to the vendors at their events.

Working with event coordinators and organizers, we are able to provide your vendors with candid photos, short videos and comments made by actual individuals attending your events.

Allow me to give you a brief explanation of the crowd sourcing service. Though there is a lot more than meets the eye going on behind the scenes, here is the 30,000 foot view.

Event coordinators will be able to offer the following service to all their vendors:

• vendors will receive up to ten candid photos of their displays
• vendors will receive one or two brief videos of their displays
• vendors will receive comments about how their displays appeared to the persons providing the above photos and videos

During the advertising phase of an upcoming event, a QR code can be inserted on advertising materials. When the QR code is scanned, a person is taken to a page explaining how to become an event reviewer and about the benefits of doing so. On the same page is a link to an application to become a reviewer for the event.

Behind the scene emails confirm applications and give the approved applicants information about what to do on the day of the event. On the day of the event, reviewers will be given their official reviewer badges and will be assigned the vendor booths that they are to review.

Each reviewer taking photos, videos and making comments will upload the information directly from their phones to a website, no app needed. From there, our company will collate the photos, videos and comments for each individual vendor and make them available for each vendor. Vendors are then able to download their photos, videos and comments.

After your vendors have downloaded the photos, videos and comments made available to them, they are free to print, copy, share or delete them as they wish. Business owners will be pleased to have candid photos, videos and comments to include in their social media posts and to add to their websites as testimonials.

This service does not displace the role of a professional photographer or videographer at an event if one is hired. Images recorded on cell phones by non-professionals may not be of the same quality as those done by professionals. However, the quality of photos taken on cell phones today is certainly good enough for the purposes of providing content for social media. And using many attendees to take photos at events will provide unique perspectives not necessarily thought of by a single professional photographer.
